What services do you offer?
We offer three main types of cleaning services: Economy, Standard, and Premium. These range from basic dusting and tidying to intensive deep cleaning.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
If you choose the Standard or Premium package, we bring all the necessary professional products and equipment. For the Economy package, the customer is typically expected to provide the basic cleaning supplies.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
The Standard service includes 1 cleaner and is perfect for regular upkeep and detailed cleaning. The Premium service includes 2 cleaners and is our most comprehensive “Deep Clean” option, covering hard-to-reach areas and heavy-duty scrubbing.
What is your policy if something gets damaged?
While we handle your belongings with extreme care, accidents can happen. If something is damaged, please report it to us immediately so we can investigate and arrange for a repair or compensation.
Are your cleaners trustworthy?
Absolutely. Every cleaner undergoes a rigorous background check, identity verification, and professional training before entering your home.
How far in advance do I need to book a service?
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot is available. However, for urgent needs, we do offer same-day bookings depending on our team’s availability.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any area we’ve cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours. We will send a team back to re-clean those specific areas at no additional cost to you.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout is what you pay. We only charge extra for “Add-on” services (like laundry or balcony cleaning) if you specifically select them.
